As account manager you are responsible for the further business development of our customers. Both for existing customers and for new customers.
Your tasks include:
- Acquisition of new customers and projects;
- Existing customer care, cross selling and continuous development of long-term and stable customer relationships;
- Responsible for preparing offers and conducting negotiations until the conclusion of the contract;
- Internal coordination with technology, marketing and management;
- Execution of presentations;
Ideally you should bring along:
- Professional experience in sales of IT solutions requiring explanation. Ideally from the field of monitoring, log. management, security and/or SIEM;
- A high IT affinity and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new fields of activity;
- Confident sales appearance on all levels;
- The willingness to represent the company at trade fairs and other events;
- Completed studies or comparable training;
- Independence and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English;
